Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual (English/Chinese) individual to manage phone and text communications remotely for massage spas in the Pasadena/Arcadia area. This part-time, remote role begins with a 1-2 week trial period and has the potential to develop into an on-site managerial position. The position involves managing fluctuating call volumes and requires exceptional attention to detail.

Base pay starts at $1,500 per month for managing 1-2 spas, with performance bonuses of $400 to $1,200 monthly. Managing 4-5 spas could increase the base to $3,000-$3,500 per month plus bonuses.

Requirements

  • Female applicant with a pleasant voice.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). Fluent Chinese typing is essential.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of precise schedule and client information management.
  • Able to multitask while maintaining constant availability for incoming calls and messages.
  • Previous experience in a spa, as a masseuse, or in spa management is a significant advantage.
  • Must have access to a computer or laptop. Company will provide one or two cell phones.

Schedule

Core availability required from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility. May require working one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
