Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (requires a few hundred dollar investment).
- No prior experience in insurance or sales is required.
- Must be coachable, hardworking, honest, and possess high integrity.
- Must have the self-discipline to work independently without direct supervision.
- This is not a W-2 salaried position; you must be comfortable with commission-based income.
