Overview

Corinne Mathern Studio seeks a refined and systematic Lead Designer to serve as the central force for project advancement in our luxury interior design firm. This role transforms creative direction into practical, installation-ready plans while leading a team with transparency and assurance. Requirements

Essential Background:

• A minimum of eight years in interior design, including at least three years in a senior or lead capacity at a firm specializing in high-end or luxury interiors.
• Demonstrated experience managing complete project lifecycles with minimal direct oversight.
• A robust portfolio showcasing upscale, custom residential and/or commercial interior design work.

Abilities and Expertise:

• Excellent leadership, delegation, and forward-thinking communication skills.
• Advanced understanding of design documentation, construction detailing, and product specifications.
• Skilled use of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Studio Designer or comparable software.
• Outstanding professional demeanor and talent for articulating design concepts clearly.
• Superior organizational skills to handle several major projects simultaneously.
