Overview
Join our workshop specializing in the restoration and custom fabrication of architectural leaded glass. This is an entry-level opportunity where you will learn the craft, starting with basic tasks and progressing to window construction. No prior experience is strictly required, but a background in stained glass creation or artistic fabrication is strongly favored.
Requirements
- Availability for a flexible schedule, approximately 2 to 3 days per week.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have consistent access to a vehicle.
- Keen eye for detail, patience, receptiveness to guidance, and solid communication skills.
- Ability to be a quick study and follow instructions.
Job Duties
- Cleaning glass panels and assisting with installations.
- Learning and advancing, over time, to the construction of windows.
- Supporting the restoration and fabrication processes in the workshop.
